Found a place that is similar to Ono's in Oahu, HI. Upon ordering, there's limited choice to choose from, either Tuna, Tofu, Tako, or Veggie for the poke. The marinades were shoyu and spicy. They also have hot plates for folks who are not into the raw fish. Ordering was rather quickly, waited under 5 minute for my order to come out. No where to sit as it's just a building where you order from outside. They have limited parking in their lot but plentiful in the residential area. I ordered Tuna poke shoyu with furikake rice. The tuna is so sweet and nice chew to it. I love the marinade that they use, it isn't overly salted, you can still taste the sweet tuna. I do wish they have salmon but I'll take what I can get. Cannot wait till they open up again!

They are closed until October 1!! I stopped by today hoping to get some poke for lunch, but they just closed today. I've been craving poke alllll weekend but was too busy to stop by, so unlucky! I love Santo though! :) It's just a pick up window, but they work fast, and you can order online, on a kiosk, or just at the window. The market has a gorgeous mural on the side. There are only a few parking spots, so most times you'd have to park on the street and walk up. They definitely are the best in the bay! Always fresh and super flavorful. I can't wait until they open again. :)

Pretty good poke! I've been wanting to try this for a while and I finally got the chance to on a random weekday. The line went by slow until they were able to put an iPad out. When it was my time to order, I got confused on how to order and I accidentally ordered incorrectly. I managed to fix my order before I paid but the gentleman that took my order gave me the most blank stare to the point where I felt really bad that I got confused lol. So take it front me: when you get to the front, order correctly so you don't get a death stare! Otherwise, the poke was very straightforward and tasted fresh. Would definitely order this again but I'd most likely do an online order haha.

Freshest poke I have had in the bay. Reminds me of Hawaii poke. There is no seating. You order and pick up through a window. I got the tuna poke half shoyu and half spicy with the furikake rice. The shoyu is on the saltier side. The rice is cooked well for poke. Great place for a quick and simple poke bowl.

Some of the freshest poke I've ever had in Bay Area. A bit busy on a Wednesday afternoon but wait was minimal. Takeout only through outside window service so ideal for a quick grab and go. Pictured: signature 1/2 shoyu and 1/2 spicy tuna with rice and furikake. The fish is extremely fresh and flavorful that leaves you begging for more. It is a bit on the saltier side but not necessarily a bad thing! Rice is well complimented with the furikake seasoning that helps balance out that saltiness from the fish. Definitely one of the better spots if you care about the fish quality and freshness. It is very simple compared to other poke spots but sometimes less is more. 9/10 will visit more often!

Food: 5* Best poke I've ever had in the area. The flavoring is on point. They are not cheap on the portion too. Got pretty filled up just by this. Service: Order at the window and wait for your name to be called. Simple fast food style. I ordered with a kiosk. Ambiance: Limited parking but since people will leave right after getting the food, it doesn't take long to wait for a space. Otherwise, street parking.

This place is super iconic and well-known for their freshly made strawberry mochi and tuna poke. And I'm happy to say it met the hype. The tuna was incredibly fresh, comparable only to poke in Hawaii. It's amazing. And the strawberry mochi was also great, very refreshing and not something you can get everywhere. They sell the fresh strawberry mochi Tuesday and Saturday, and they definitely sell out of the strawberry mochi super quick especially on Saturdays, so be sure to get there early! I went on a Tuesday and they were sold out in about 20 minutes if that helps give you an idea. This is definitely a place everyone in the South Bay should check out if you haven't already!

Santo is hands down THE BEST Hawaiian poke spot in the Bay! Granted I haven't found too many places serving poke Hawaiian style (compared to places with poke bowls where all the ingredients are mixed in). The tuna and rice just tastes so good without the need for any other ingredients! It's always super fresh and the flavor is spot on - I always get half shoyu and half spicy. It might be a little bit salty sometimes but the rice balances it out. We also like to get the seaweed, which they mix with thinly sliced cucumbers, making it extra refreshing! I love that we can order online for pickup since they're definitely busy all the time (as it should be since they are so good)! Santo is perfect for a picnic on a nice sunny day! P.S. please ignore the drink can in the shoe in the pic, but pro tip - it's a great way of keeping your drinks upright while on a picnic
